Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licence
If you are a business and you want to bring your employees to the UK, you will need a Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence. More importantly, if you wish to continue hiring European nationals to work for your business in the UK, you will need to apply for a sponsor licence as soon as possible.

To obtain this license and bring your employees to the UK, you must complete an application online and send supporting documents to the Home Office to show your company is an active body. If you want to transfer staff from an overseas office, the companies must be linked.
Any potential employee that you want to bring to the UK must be qualified and experienced for skilled jobs in order for you to issue them with a Certificate of Sponsorship. Others, who are not as skilled, can only qualify for sponsorship in exceptional circumstances.
