Mirror Group Newspapers (“MGN”) has today failed in its attempt to dismiss crucial evidence of phone hacking in High Court actions brought against it by former England football manager Sven-Göran Eriksson, Coronation Street actress Shobna Gulati, the former nanny to David and Victoria Beckham’s children Abbie Gibson, and the former Captain of Blackburn Rovers Garry Flitcroft.
