Grace advises on a range of contentious matters within our media and reputation team, whose work covers a broad practice including defamation, privacy, copyright, harassment and commercial litigation.

Grace has represented numerous claimants in actions against major publishers for the misuse of private information arising out of the unlawful interception of their voicemail messages (phone-hacking), obtaining substantial damages and other relief on their behalf.
