The World Jigsaw Puzzle Federation is an association of legal bodies with an interest in jigsaw puzzles. The Federation’s goal is to grow ‘speed-puzzling’ across the globe. as such, the organisation hopes to encourage puzzle culture because of its benefits for health, education, social cohesion and personal enrichment. Only one organisation from each country can belong to the WJPF.
This year the federation held September’s world conference in Valladolid, Spain and we are happy to announce that our trainee associate Rosalind Fraser not only participated but came 4th in the United Kingdom.

3,626 people from 72 countries took part in the puzzle contest and there were 13,900 puzzles. Indeed, 14,500 prizes were given out and the championship was sponsored by games company Ravensburger. As the main sponsor of speedpuzzling worldwide, Ravensburger actively supports competitions and promotes the sport across the globe. Its commitment to precision and design gives it the mark of excellence in the puzzle industry.
