Jay Joshi

Jay is a Senior Associate at Taylor Hampton and a highly experienced and specialist litigator specialising in commercial and media-related disputes. 

His commercial practice encompasses a broad range of legal issues including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims (particularly involving advisors and services in the finance, legal, and property industries), insolvency, and property and trusts. 

He has represented all types of clients in the business world including hotels, private banks, law firms, developers, investors, tech companies, start-ups, amongst others. His work often has an international element and he has particular experience in obtaining urgent interim relief, including freezing, search and asset preservation orders.
