Hariette is a Trainee Solicitor at Taylor Hampton.
Hariette is currently completing her training in all aspects of reputation management, media, and privacy disputes. Hariette works with a variety of high-profile individuals, music artists, social media influencers, politicians, and corporate entities. She has gained extensive experience throughout her training so far in obtaining urgent privacy injunctions, anonymity and reporting restrictions orders of the High Court.
Hariette works on a broad range of issues involving:
- Defamation;
- Reputation/media crisis management concerning high-profile individuals and companies;
- Misuse of private information/breach of privacy disputes, including press intrusion;
- Breach of confidence;
- Civil harassment, including harassment by publication;
- Data protection claims;
- Infringement of copyright claims;
- Media related personal injury claims; and
- Commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims.
Recent work:
- JJH v DTH: Taylor Hampton obtained an anonymity order and urgent privacy injunction for the Claimant to prohibit a Defendant from publishing information which could identify the Claimant as the subject of the private information in question.

Education:
Hariette graduated in 2021 from the University of York with a first-class honours degree in English Literature, before completing her law conversion at BPP Law School, London in 2022.
