Daniel Taylor

Daniel founded Taylor Hampton in 2008 and has acted for both claimants and defendants in high-profile media cases. His work includes Thornton v Telegraph Media Group, which established the “substantial damage to reputation” test behind the Defamation Act 2013, and Lachaux v Independent Print, one of the first cases to test the Act’s “serious harm” requirement.
