英国COVID-19新冠旅行限制以及对企业的影响 英国目前仍处于全国封锁状态,许多企业一直建议员工尽可能在家工作。 但是,允许员工在英国工作期间在其他国家/地区工作可能会带来潜在的就业、税收和社会保障问题。 在某些情况下,出于工作原因,企业仍然需要员工前往英国。如果您需要在近期返回英国,本文整理了英国政府发布的COVID-19新冠旅行建议供参考。 从2021年2月15日起,所有国际旅客进入英国时必须遵守新的COVID-19旅行限制。 进入英国 以下是您前往英格兰前需注意事项的摘要。 如果您要前往苏格兰,威尔士或北爱尔兰,请查看政府的旅行建议。因为根据您的目的地不同,旅行限制会有所不同。 根据出发地的不同,您需要在到达英格兰后进行自主居家隔离,或在政府组织的酒店进行强制隔离。 出发前72小时内进行核酸检测。您需要在入境英格兰前提供您的阴性核酸检测结果。无论您持哪个国家的国籍,从哪个国家入境,都需要遵守此项规定。  预定并支付您的核酸检测费用。该费用为£210,包含两次核酸检测。进行预定后,核酸检测试剂包将被直接邮寄到您的隔离地址。您需要在到达英国的前2日进行第一次检测,并将样本寄回到指定地址。检测结果将会通过邮件或者短信通知您。如果您的检测结果呈阴性,则需要在第8日或之后进行第2次检测。如果您被要求在酒店强制隔离,核酸检测包会包含在您的酒店预订中。 在您到达英国48小时前,填写入境旅客联系表。您需要在入境英国前,有些情况在登机前出示您已填写好的表格。温馨提示:请尽量在您登机前填写好表格,有些航空公司会拒绝没有表格的旅客登机。在填写表格时,您需提供酒店隔离预定订单号或者核酸检测试剂包预定订单号。 到达英国后: 除非您从爱尔兰出发或者有有效的免隔离事由,在到达英国的前10日进行隔离。 如果您途径或从 “红色警示”名单上的国家出发前往英国,则需要在政府指定的酒店进行强制隔离,您需要: 出发前提前预定并且支付您的酒店隔离包。 酒店隔离包的费用为: 1位成年人1个房间的费用为£1,750; 1个房间加1位成年人或者12岁以上的儿童的费用为£650; 每增加1位5-12周岁的儿童费用为£325 以上费用包括您进行两次核算检测的费用、从机场到达酒店的交通、以及居住期间的餐食费用。 如果您不是从“红色警示”名单上的国家出发或途径前往英国,则需要自行居家隔离10日。即使您在前往英国前已经做了核酸检测,并呈阴性,也需要进行居家隔离。您需要: 到达英国的第2日、第8日分别进行核酸检测; 如果您想要缩短您的居家隔离期限,您可以通过进行额外的核酸检测来缩短隔离期限。在居家隔离5日后,您可以在私人检测机构进行核酸检测,结果呈阴性的,即可停止居家隔离。您仍然需要在抵达英国的第8日进行二次核酸检测。 出境英国 英格兰目前仍然处于全境封锁状态。除非有法律允许的理由,否则您需要居家,不得任意外出。从2021年3月8日起,有一部分封锁政策将会逐步进行改变,但是除非您有法律允许的理由,国际旅行仍然受限。法律允许的理由包括但不限于: 工作,在您无法居家完成工作的情况下; 教育、育儿和履行看护职责; 接受治疗; 您的宠物需要治疗。 从从英国出发之前,您必须填写出境旅行声明表。您还应该检查目的地的相关要求。并在旅行前查看英国政府关于从该国进入英国的限制规定,以确保能顺利返回英国。 英国政府会定期更新有关COVID-19旅行和国家限制的指南。我们强烈建议任何基于法律允许的原因必须旅行的旅客在旅行之前仔细阅读政府的最新旅行建议。 我们可以提供的帮助? 泰汉律师事务所的移民团队协助众多客户成功获得英国签证和英国国籍。如果您在申请过程中需要法律意见,或者想进一步了解英国旅行相关规定,请立即致电020 7427 5972汉律师事务所的移民团队联系,或在此处留言咨询。 您也可以通过Facebook, LinkedIn , Twitter和[tippy title=”微信” headertitle=”微信二维码”]
